Will A Roof Tent From Latitude Tents Make My Roof Rack Work?
The answer is yes!
Our roof tents are designed to work with most roof racks on the market.
What you need to consider is; the dynamic weight limit that your roof rack is rated to support.
This is the weight limit capacity that your vehicle can take whilst in motion.
So if your roof rack is already close to its weight limit, you may consider upgrading to a heavier-duty rack.
Does A Roof Tent Top Have Advantages; If So, Which Ones?
A rooftop tent is one option for a camping trip or an adventure.
If you are looking for something different in a rooftop tent, here are some advantages:

I Want To Travel. How Do I Mount The Tent To My Car?
It would be best to look at the manufacturer's guide concerning your roof rack.
Mostly the guide has instructions like what weight capacity it can withstand and the distance between the crossbars.

Do Latitude Tents Have Lead Times And Shipping Costs?
The lead time is the amount of time it takes for an order to be made and shipped from when the order is placed.
Mostly our lead time is usually 4 to 7 working days.
For the costs, we charge a flat rate of £50 for all UK orders.
Do You Provide A Warranty For The Tents?
We have you covered with a manufacturers warranty that protects your purchase.
Our warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase and covers any manufacturing defects or issues arising during the product's normal use.
Our warranty does not extend to improper storage, cleaning, or normal wear and tear.
Do You Provide Installation Services?
We understand that not everyone is familiar with setting up a rooftop tent.

Do You Offer Local Pick Ups?
We know that many of our customers want to buy directly from us, and we're happy to offer local pick-up at the warehouse in Frome!
If there is a product available for this option, it will be listed as you proceed through checkout.
But, local pick-ups are subject to availability, which may not work on all tent models.
Do You Carry Out International Shipping?
Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping currently and only ship to the UK.
What Makes The Tent Models Differ From Each Other?
Our tent models have the same features, quality and sizes. What makes them different is their colour.
We have a variety of colours you can choose from. So, which colour do you prefer?
How Does A Roof Tent Cope In Strong Winds?
Our roof tents are designed with multiple features to handle extreme winds.
The features include:
- We supply our tents with Guy Lines. These lines provide additional support and stability, helping to keep the tent in place even in strong gusts of wind.
- The tent's windows and entrances are large enough to allow air to flow through, preventing the build-up of wind pressure.
- The roof's curved shape helps in deflecting the wind.
Do You Put Spare Parts Under Purchase?
Yes, we do sell spare parts for all of our tents! Whether you need a new rain fly, stakes, or even a replacement pole, we have you covered.
We know that accidents happen, and sometimes gear gets damaged beyond repair.
That's why we offer a wide selection of replacement parts so you can get your tent back up and running in no time.
We have a spare part page where we'll be happy to help you find the right part for your tent.
What Do We Cover?
The warranty period for the original purchaser of our product is one year from the date of purchase.
Under this warranty, we will repair or replace any manufacturing defects or issues arising during the product's normal use.
What Does Our Warranty Not Cover?
This warranty does not cover any damage caused by improper storage, cleaning or maintenance, accidents, negligence, misuse, natural disasters (floods, storms, etc.), unauthorised modifications or repairs.
What Will We Do?
When we inspect and note that the damage is not caused by any of the exclusions above, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion.
All repairs and replacements are covered under this warranty for the remainder of the original warranty period.
The Warranty Term
In case of a functional failure with tent components such as aluminium poles, base, seems, or ladder fabric, we will replace these at no extra cost for two years from the purchase date.
